Founder and President Rosemarie Bruno's career spans more than 30 years at prominent global organizations, where she was charged with aligning people with business strategy. She achieved this by developing and strengthening human resources and organizational programs to match the organization’s business strategy through the full continuum of change and growth. Rosemarie's experiences include creating and implementing the changes necessary at Goldman Sachs after the 1987 Market Crash; the integration of Time, Inc. with Warner Communications to form TimeWarner; the acquisition of the consulting firm Kwasha Lipton by Coopers & Lybrand and the subsequent PriceWaterhouseCoopers merger; the BlackRock IPO, and securing Victim's Compensation Fund benefits for the surviving spouses in the aftermath of 9/11. A trusted advisor to CEO's, Executive Management Teams, and Boards of Directors, Rosemarie's career is distinguished by her success in partnering with these leaders to fully integrate and align organizational solutions with business strategy. Through her leadership of People Strategies, Inc., Rosemarie and her partners offer clients specific knowledge, valuable expertise and insightful and actionable recommendations. Rosemarie’s ability to actively and perceptively listen to her clients allows her to provide focused, comprehensive assessments and analysis, and strategic business and organizational solutions.

Rosemarie has worked with some of the world's pre-eminent institutions in recruiting, developing and mentoring leaders and mobilizing global teams responsible for developing new markets and products. She has handled mission-critical projects for Senior Management, Boards of Directors, and leaders responsible for strategic growth and change/transformation initiatives, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Her consulting practice includes a specialization in financial services, professional services, media and communications, profit and non-profit, higher education, corporate communications and human resources.

Her clients have included: The Rockefeller Foundation, The Stahl Organization, Hadassah, The Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board (MMBB), Union Theological Seminary, the Bronx Defenders, Baruch College, the New York School for Dramatic Arts and on a pro bono basis the Thomas Merton Society of NYC and members of the “I Have a Dream Foundation” Board of Directors. Rosemarie completed the Contemplative Formation Program: Awakening the Spiritual Heart at Mariandale, a contemplative community dedicated to seeking truth and informed consciousness, promoting peace and justice, modeling psychological and spiritual health and creating and sustaining inclusive, collaborative and organic systems.

Rosemarie served for many years on the President's Commission of her alma mater, Wheaton College, based in Norton, Massachusetts. She is currently Co-President of her graduating class for the next 5 years. While a student at Wheaton College, Rosemarie majored in Psychobiology, where she received honors for her senior thesis and minored in Art History and Religion. She held various leadership positions at Wheaton including Chairwoman of Student Activities and Head Resident of her dorms for two years. She is an active member of the Financial Women's Association, the New York Human Resources Planning Society and the Society for Human Resources Management.

She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women and NOIAW – the National Association of Italian American Women.
